Our History
Established in 1998, Dolche Group has emerged as a pioneering force in the field of providing innovative solutions for commercial kitchens, institutional services, and refrigeration equipment to the hospitality sector, pharma and medical institutional segment. From our humble beginnings as a North India-based entity, we have evolved into Dolche India, a nationwide diversified leader. Over the years, our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has fueled our remarkable growth. Earned rich experience in the execution of various prestigious projects in Corporate, Embassies, Institutions, semi Govt and Govt. undertaking, defence, naval including CPWD, PWD, ICMR, Aviation, Etc. across the country in Bio-Medical equipment and Commercial Kitchens. Dolche is specialized in the kitchens of Hospitals, hotels, clubs, restaurants and bars, pubs, banquet halls and institutional Canteens & Pantry.
Dolche has been an importer of commercial kitchen and medical equipment and have also been executing bulk supply orders across the country.

Mr. Anurag Gandhi - Promoter with 4 decade of Experience
Having rich experience of more than 40 years in the projects and consultancy including in the execution of various prestigious projects of Commercial Kitchen including 6 Years’ experience of a Commercial Manager with a construction company and executed various prestigious projects of Maruti, AAI, CPWD, Sail, Govt. undertakings, Corporates / Institutions. Beside this, having 7 years’ experience in the field of Capital Market & Financial Institution and Ex- Chief Manager of OHDFC,New Delhi.
Promoted Dolche India in 1998, since then actively serving the Hospitality industry, Medical institutions. Defense, Corporates and Educational Institutes.
Honoured with Appreciation Certificate for significant contribution by the Director General CPWD (Govt. of India) for the execution of supplying, testing and commissioning of Kitchen Project for the extension building of Parliament House Complex, N.Delhi in 2017-18.
Promoted Dolche Hospitality Services, a Kitchen Consultancy entity to undertake the Kitchen planning and designing projects and successfully executing various consultancy jobs.
